Commercial Projects
Our most recent commercial project was the Billabong World Head Office at Burleigh Heads Which included new offices and refurbishment of the existing offices and external site works. Over the past 30 years Statham have been responsible for over 55 Cinema projects in most states of Australia, regional centres and overseas.
Industrial Projects
Statham have successfully completed many industrial projects since the building division of Statham Ltd was acquired in 1979. Recent Projects include Buyrite Steel West Burleigh, Steritech Narangba.
Government Projects
Statham have an enviable record with the Queensland Government having successfully completed many projects since 1979. Projects include Government offices, MRD workshops, TAFE Colleges, School projects, microwave repeater stations between Gladstone and Mackay, 8 stages of the Toowoomba Hospital, nursing homes and residential units.
Domestic Projects
In the past six years we have successfully completed residential projects at Currumbin, Burleigh Heads and Main Beach, some of which are included in the residential section. The largest project completed was $3.5 Million dollars.
