Our most recent commercial project was the Billabong World Head Office at Burleigh Heads Which included new offices and refurbishment of the existing offices and external site works. Over the past 30 years Statham have been responsible for over 55 Cinema projects in most states of Australia, regional centres and overseas.
We are considered leaders in the world in Cinema construction which have included the total fitout. Our most recent project was the Charlestown Cinemas Newcastle for Reading Cinemas and over the past five years we whave completed Dendy Cinemas Canberra, Hoyts Blacktown Cinemas, Birch Carrol and Coyle Cinemas Southport and The George Cinemas Sydney.
Statham completed the design and construction for Brisbane BMW which included showroom, offices, workshops, spare parts and used car office and washdown and detailing areas.

This project was a two staged development, which included extensions within the existing shell for new office space of two levels and the complete refurbishment of the existing offices. Other works included commercial kitchens, cafeteria, showroom, car parking and landscaping.
